• venues, locations & transport
• programme planning - topics and speakers
• publicity and promotion
• exhibitors and sponsors (where appropriate for public sector non-profit clients)
• all aspects of doumentation
• charges and remuneration
• registration and payment
• catering
• accommodation (if required)
• social events & entertainment (if required)

If engaged to manage the meeting, JGMQC's standard service includes

• preparing a budget and a spreadsheet of income, expenditure and surplus/deficit
• booking the chosen venue
• contacting potential exhibitors and sponsors and securing their support
• liaison with the chosen venue on room layout, facilities, catering, AV equipment etc
• registering meeting for CPD and liaison with awarding bodies
• liaison with chosen speakers in respect of topics, titles, presentations
• organising accommodation for speakers and delegates if required
• preparing documentation and badges for delegates
• preparing publicity and promotional material
• placing advertising in appropriate journals,websites etc
• preparing the registration database
• taking registration bookings and pre-payment but NOT invoicing or chasing late payment
• providing advice to delegates
• manning the registration desk during the meeting (assistance will be required for >50 delegates)

JGMQC's premium service includes the following additional services

• issuing invoices to delegates who cannot pay fees on registration
• handling enquiries from delegates' finance departments
• handling payment on the day of the meeting
• chasing late or missing payment after the meeting
• preparing evaluation form
• analysing evaluation forms and preparing a summary chart
• organising evening social events for delegates
• organising social events for accompanying persons
• organising evening entertainment - 10% of entertainer's fee
• handling complaints and dispute resolution
